So far, I really like what I have seen of Boehner. I don't know how constitutionally-minded he is, (or any of them honestly) but at least he's willing to stand up and say what a bunch of garbage all this spending is. I used to vote pretty much strictly for Republicans, but for the past 10 or so years, I see them moving in the same direction as Democrats, just a little slower, and with different focus, so looking at their core beliefs about constitutional issues is my measuring stick these days. I personally think that "compassionate conservative" should be erased from the code word book. It just means "big spender". They are all trying to put us into the poor house.
