The next big job in the U.S. will be hand pollination.  It'll give the illegals something to do.

I read an article about a town in China that lost all their honeybees due to so much spraying and now they have to hand pollinate their peach trees. Not sure where I read the article, but it was so interesting.  Come to think about it, I may have seen this on TV, because I remember they made this contraption that looked like a little feather that they used to brush the flowers.

They were actually successful in bringing back their peach crops, but not as successful as with the honeybees.

We don't have the manpower to do something like that here.

Let's hope it doesn't come down to that.  Just have to promote beekeeping more and more.
