Antique Honey Extractor

Hey all, I bought an antique honey extractor off ebay, its really cool. Its a Novice Honey Extractor # 10, however the spur gear on top needs to be replaced, the teeth are all worn down. Im going to try to make one from something I saw somewhere on the web, But if you know of anyone who may have the top gear with the teeth let me know. It is 3 inches in diameter, and has 33 teeth that are missing, this ones made out of pewter.

If you take the shafts and opposite gear down to an electric motor shop, or WW Grainger, or a business similar, I'll bet they can match you up a gear set, and pretty cheap too.  It won't be pewter, but it will work for ya.  Could probably get a swamp cooler fan moter and pully set and "improve" it even more for only a few dollars.

 I appreciate the tips!! Im gonna check that out. The extractor is in really good shape , only cost me 25.00.  I figure Ill use it and if I have to later get a newer model and just save it to decorate my honey house when I build one.

Ill let you know if I get the new gears you reccommended
