Did you try it seriously? I'm an instructor. What do you mean, it kicked your butt? It should, but done properly, you should enjoy it - at least that's my experience :) That's why I've stuck with it for ten years now, and became an instructor. It kicked my butt, my belly, my shoulders, all places that really needed it!
