On March 25th I will be presenting a saxophone recital at the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, MA 8PM with the help of several of my friends.
We will be premiering 2 new works for saxophone:
Shih-Hui Chen's "Plum Blossoms" for Saxophone and Piano
Howard Frazin's "The Jester, The Artist, and The Little Lion" for Saxophone, Cello and Piano
Also,
Charles Ives "Piano Sonata No.1" transcribed for saxophone quartet
Denisov "Sonate" for Saxophone and Piano
Christian Lauba "Balafon"
And also, some surprise guests.
This concert is free and open to the public.
Your friends are our friends, please feel free to pass this along.
Sincerely,
Amy

That sounds like a wonderful evening Amy. I hope you do well. (I'm sure you will.)
I live to far to go, but it's sweet of you to invite everyone to come. Have a good recital.

Being a local, I should attend, but I am going to be at Loon Mountain skiing that weekend. Sorry. I would have love to hear it. And you said the magic word... Free.
But if we get close to the date and it looks like rain, I could be there. I'll be sure to introduce myself. Or maybe you will recognize me as the one in the bee suit.
Good luck and break a leg.

Thanks for the support! I wish I was skiing. . . .
There will be a small reception afterwards also, so not only is it free, but there's free snacks too!
