The Best All Purpose Rub

This rub is great on pork roasts.

    * 1/4 Cup brown sugar
    * 1/4 Cup ground paprika
    * 1 Tablespoon white sugar
    * 2 Tablespoons garlic salt
    * 1 Tablespoon celery salt
    * 1 Tablespoon celery seed
    * 1 Tablespoon chili powder
    * 1/4 Cup fresh ground black pepper
    * 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
    * 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

      Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
      Rub on meat, completely coat the meat
      Cook meat until recommended temp.
   
Note: Store any unused rub in a sealed plastic bag.
