Brine

    * 1 gallon water
    * 3/4 cup kosher salt
    * 1/2 cup sugar
    * 2 tablespoons peppercorns
    * 1 tablespoons garlic powder
    * 2 tablespoons lemon juice

   1. Mix all ingredients for brine in a container and place whole washed bird in liquid make sure it is completely immersed. Refrigerate over night. Next morning take bird out of brine, rinse and pat dry.

   2. Rub chicken with oil (I prefer olive oil). Add any seasoning you like to outside and inside of bird.

   2. Grill on indirect for 60 minutes at 400 degrees or until internal temp reaches a min. of 165F
