Peanut Butter Cookies
Gluten Free

1 cup light brown sugar, gently packed
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg

Mix together. Roll into small balls about the size of walnuts.
Press balls gently with a fork and Bake at 350 degrees until
lightly browned.  Makes about 18 - 24 cookies.

Thanks for the recipe, its simple and quick. Alot of GF recipes are either over complicated or require  some obscure ingredients that you don't normally keep in the cupboard, at least that has been my experience.
I am going to make these tomorrow for the kiddos.
