Water and vinager was use around the Mediterranean when thirsty. After that were added the olive oil, salt, garlic and bread, and you could feel the heaven when working in the field during the hot summer. When America was discovered were added the tomatoes and the pepper. And later the ice.

Um, ¡Qué rico!



By the way, I use 2 tomatoes, 2 peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, more vinager (a chorro), and I don´t use neither bread nor egg, but is gazpacho too.
