Easy honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

    * 8 chicken thighs, bone in and skin on
    * 1/2 cup soy sauce
    * 3 tablespoons olive oil
    * 3 tablespoons honey
    * 2 teaspoons minced garlic
   

   1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
   2. Place chicken skin side down in a large baking dish.
   3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour on top of the chicken.
   4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
   5. Turn the chicken over in the dish and bake for another 15 minutes.


I make these on the grill using indirect heat and once they are done I crisp the skin by putting on the grills for just a few minutes and then put them back in the sauce to serve.
