CROCK POT BEEF AND BEANS RECIPE

CROCK POT BEEF AND BEANS RECIPE
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
1 can green chopped green chiles
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger and onion. Place in crock pot and add beans and remaining ingredients. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Delicious all by itself or served over rice.

and this was a reply from Mabuzzbee
I doubled everything except the beans and used diced tomatoes in place of the tomato sauce. I also used fire roasted green chilis. My plan was to double everything but my crock pot was smaller than I thought. I haven't cooked this in the crock pot yet, I heated a small bowl in the microwave so that I could try it and it tasted pretty darn good already. I will try to remember to update my post tomorrow after supper.

Okay, it's almost 3 months later and I am finally remembering to post how this turned out, it was delicious. I will be making this again.
