Grilled Barbecued Fish

1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 pounds fish fillets
Combine the lemon juice, vinegar, salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika,
cayenne pepper, mustard, and Tabasco sauce in a saucepan and mix well.
Heat over medium heat until boiling. Grill the fish over hot coals for about
10 minutes per inch of thickness or until it flakes easily when tested with a
fork, brushing often with warm barbecue sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
