5 Cups Chex Cereal
1/4 Cups creamy peanut butter
1 Cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 Cups powdered sugar

In saucepan over low heat melt chocolate chips, add peanut butter and mix until smooth.
Remove from heat, add cereal and stir until well coated.
Pour powdered sugar into a large plastic bag and add coated cereal.  Shake until well coated.
Store in airtight container.
