It is my pleasure to bring the forums to you.

1/2 lb white rice (uncooked)
1 1/2 cups honey
1/4 cup reduced fat margarine
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 gallon skim milk

   1. Add all ingredients together in a large saucepot;bring to a boil.
   2. Turn heat to low and cook until thickened (about an hour and a half to 2 hours) stirring often.
   3. Pour into large bowl and let cool.
You can serve this warm but the rice gets softer as it cools.

 You can, of course, use regular milk and margarine / butter in this recipe also.
