Easy Poke Cake (Low Fat) by mabuzzbee

1 (18 ounce) box  angel food cake mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (.3 ounce) box sugar free jello (I used strawberry banana)
3/4 Cups boiling water
1/2 Cup cold water
1 - 2 Cups fresh / frozen strawberries (I didn't have strawberries so I used homemade strawberry jam)
Fat free Cool whip (optional)



   1. Stir pineapple into dry cake mix.
   2. Pour into greased 13 X9 cake pan
   3. Bake 350 F for 30 minutes
   4. With a meat fork, poke holes about 2 in. apart into the cake
   5. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water
   6. Slowly pour gelatin over cake
   7. refrigerate at least 2 hours
   8. Place strawberries on top
   9.  Serve with cool whip

 Store in the refrigerator
