CRAWFISH BISQUE
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onion stems
1 stick pure unsalted butter
1 pint half and half
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package frozen crawfish
Sauté onions in butter until translucent and soft. Add remaining
ingredients and mix thoroughly; cook on low heat in crock pot for
two hours or until mixture is completely heated throughout and all
flavors are blended. Makes approximately 8 servings.
