Beef Bourguignonne Marinade

Excellent beef marinade. Use to prepare beef to be grilled, BBQ or fondue.

Change to:  servings US Metric   
1/4  cup dry red wine 
1  tablespoon olive oil 
1  teaspoon Dijon mustard 
1  teaspoon dried mustard 
2  garlic cloves, minced 
2  green onions, chopped finely white part only 

In a medium bowl, stir together wine, oil, mustards, garlic and green onions.
Add your beef of choice and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
