when you prepare your Marinade for meats always add some kind of liquor, anything you like to drink add at lest 2 tbs to your Marinade (more if a lot of Marinade), the alcohol will make the pores of the meat open and Marinade will soak in faster and deeper. cuts Marinade time to just 4 hours instead of over night or most of the day.
