Bribe the Ranger Marinade, chicken, beef, pork, or even fish by TwT

1/2  cup soy sauce 
1/2  cup lemon juice 
2  garlic cloves, crushed 
1/4  teaspoon coriander seeds, crushed (use mortar and pestle or put in plastic bag and hit them with a hammer) 
1  teaspoon fresh ginger, minced 
1/4  cup orange juice concentrate (optional) or pineapple juice concentrate (optional if you like a sweeter marinade) (optional) 

Mix all ingredients in a ziploc bag.
Add meat and marinate 6-24 hours, refridgerated.
Grill or broil meat in the usual fashion.
