Honey Oatmeal Raisin cookies by mabuzzbee

1/2 Cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup honey
1 egg
1 1/2 Cups flour
1 1/2 Cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Cup raisins

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. In a large bowl beat first 4 ingredients until smooth
3. Add remaining ingredients, except raisins, and mix well
4. add raisins
5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets
6. Bake for 10 to 15 min
