Soft Honey Molasses Cookies by mabuzzbee

1 Cup butter or margarine softened
1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Cups honey
1/4 Cup molasses
1 egg
4 Cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. In medium bowl combine first 5 ingredients, beat until smooth
3. Add remaining ingredients, mix only until just combined
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheets
5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes
