Honey Pumpkin Pie (makes 2 pies) by mabuzzbee

3 1/2 Cups solid-pack pumpkin ( I use pumpkin / butternut out of the garden)
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 cup honey
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

2 pastries for single 9-inch pie crusts


Combine all ingredients except pastries in large bowl; beat until well blended. Pour into pastry-lined 9-inch pie plates. Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve with Whipped Cream, if desired.
