Microwave Caramel Popcorn w/honey by MaBuzzbee

10 cups microwave  popped popcorn (each regular pkg is 10 cups)
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda



   1. Pop popcorn and pour into a large bowl.
   2. Put all ingredients except soda and popcorn into a bowl and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
   3. Stir, and microwave 1 1/2 minutes more.
   4. Stir, add soda, and stir again.
   5. Pour over popcorn in bowl and stir to coat evenly.
   6. Fold top of bag, microwave 1/2 minute, stir well.
   7. Microwave 1/2 minute, stir.
   8. Microwave 15 seconds, stir.
   9. Microwave 15 seconds, stir.
  10. Pour onto foil to cool.
