It doesn't get much easier than this.  I think I'm gonna try this with chicken breasts next.


3 pork chops (I use 1" thick boneless chops)
4 small apples
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon



   1. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
   2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
   3. Grease (or spray) a large baking dish.
   4. Put the apple slices in the bottom of the dish.
   5. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apples
   6. Place the pork chops on top of the apples.
   7. pour honey evenly over chops
   8. Cover with foil and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours.

thanks for the pork recipes.  i just bought 1/2 a hog and need to be creative with dinners.  smiley
