Grandpa's Favorite Seasoned Meatloaf


1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 cup Italian dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg - lightly beaten
1/4 cup onion - minced
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground sage
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire sauce

NOTE: I mix together all of the dry seasonings and dry bread crumbs so they are all evenly distributed. Also, beef mixture will be slightly moist - but that's okay - it makes a moist meatloaf!!!

1. Mix all ingredients thouroughly. Then you can either spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches; or mold into shape in a 13x9x2 baking pan.
2. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
