This recipe is what I would use for 6 working men to: "Get the day started with a full stomach". Please feel free to adjust it to suit your needs.

1 loaf of 2 day old Italian Bread.
Trim off the crust and cut into 3/4" slices

1 dozen fresh eggs (large)
1/2 cup fresh whole milk
3/4 cup raw honey
1 Tbs ground Cinnamon

Beat the eggs, milk, honey and cinnamon together to form a batter and soak the bread slices in it until they are saturated and fry them in some bacon grease or vegetable oil over medium heat until they are set and browned on the outside.
Serve with a pat of butter and a side of bacon, sausage or ham.
You won't need any Maple Surple but you can use it if you want

I know you think you understand what you thought I said I meant but what you heard is not what I said.
