ok ,if you have a group of children this is a fun way to start the day off and have them help out!!

needed:
1 large pot (2 gal.)
quart zip lock freezer bags (get the good ones or you will have egg drop soup)
water in the pot
fire (something capable of boiling 2 gal. of water for a while..)

eggs
ham
sausage
cheese
salt & pepper

add or delete to taste

start water to boiling,add all food to zip lock bags.Try to get all the air out of the bags!Now add them to the pot of boiling water.May help to mark the bags with everyones names..Try to keep the bags underwater as much as you can.Check bags after 10 - 15 minutes.You are looking to make sure the egg is not runny..Be careful sometimes the cheese will fool you as it looks a lot like egg..

When done carefully open the bags and pour out on your mess kit/plate and enjoy...
