i posted about that a couple of weeks ago.  read it.  it's pretty bad stuff.  pretty much replaces parents with "the state".  halfbright signed on to it, but we never ratified it.

  didn't mean it as a scolding smiley.  i'm really glad that someone is keeping this stuff out there....not that we can do anything about it.  we are being twisted into the wood with a pointy tool.
