For some reason this made me laugh. It looks wonderful but my life is too precious to ever try it.

NFW!! Hmm, didn't show em landing.. Looked sorta like flying squirrels! My feet are firmly planted on the ground thank you very much..although people may argue that playing with thousands of stinging insects is crazy too J

The difference is that the thousands of stinging insects don't hit you at 100 miles per hour with an infinite mass!
They make it look so easy...but they are never more than one wind gust away from dead.
They showed them landing at the very end...the parachutes came out.

Natural selection in action. Either that or too much methanol in their home brew.

I finally checked out the video, JP. Wow. I actually envy them, what freedom! Absolutely insane, but admit it, you all, just a twinge of envy passed through you while you watched them soar!

I was thinking that it would be cool to soar like that, then I realized that most of the video is actually in slow motion, and most of those falls happen in mere seconds. Not time to think much less enjoy.

Like we could really do that! First have to learn to jump into a pool from 45'. I did that height into a lake in Alabama once, it was a kick in the butt! Only took 45 minutes to convince myself to do it. More I thought about it the scarier it seemed until I just did it. What a rush, can't tell you how many times I jumped after that! ...JP

I am totally into the buzz factor, but had not seen the close to the ground stuff.... I will let you know how it turns out. F PS anyone know of anybody interested in trading some beehives for a wing suit?
