Hello....I am new to this forum, but not new to beekeeping. I have been a natural, easy-going beekeeper for 5 years. I have 4 healthy hives. I painted them pink, yellow, blue and green. The pink hive is my most aggressive....my husband says they are mad because I painted them pink! Ha! They do make the most honey though, but you gotta watch your back around the pinks! It is pretty cold here now....can't wait for spring! Glad to make ya'lls acquaintance!

Good to hear from ya.
You sound a lot like my Wife. She loves the Girls and just today was talking about changing my color scheme (all flat white) to several more exciting (White isn't exciting?) colors.

BeeBabe, welcome to our forum, we love to have new members. This will be an interesting place for you to spend time. A place where you can tell us your stories, tales and experiences, and make new friends, we love to listen, and are a very interested group of people. Stick around, spring is just around our corners. Have a great and most wonderful day, Cindi

Thanks for all the warm greetings....I have been wanting to join this group for a long time, just couldn't find the time to get started. Beekeepers are special people! I have already seen so many things I want to try with my own bees. Winter is a good time for research!

Welcome. I agree with you winter is a great time for research, but I'm sooooo ready for spring.
