Harry Chapin, Cats in the Cradle, recorded live 1981.  Beauty of a song.  Have a most wonderful, great and awesome day, Cindi

Oh, JP, having muscovy duck with all the trimmin's for dinner tonight at my oldest Daughter's house, I'll be back home tomorrow.  Cindi
There are strange things done in the midnight sun by the men who moil for gold.  The Arctic trails have their secret tales that would make your blood run cold.  The Northern Lights have seen queer sights, but the queerest they ever did see, what the night on the marge of Lake Lebarge, I cremated Sam McGee.  Robert Service

Been listening to quite a bit of Kristen Cothron lately.

And someone recently turned me on to Ane Brun

and a local singer/songwriter Lindsey Ray

Some contemporary folk/pop

and something that maybe a little harder to wrap your head around

Glad you enjoyed her.  You've gotta give it up for someone who can do dark and slightly disturbing and upbeat all the while working a squeezebox :)

And I've been listening to a lot of this lately.  Straight forward melodic rock.

I hope you're not referring to this Brian, I already have a Twisted Sister, at least he says he's a girl.
