Greetings from western Iowa

Greetings to all, I am a small beekeeper in western Iowa on the Mighty Missouri river. I have 7 hives currently and really enjoy them. I grew up beekeeping in Texas with my father. Since getting out of the Army I have again began beekeeping on my own. I started 3 years ago with 2 pakages and have grown to my current number of 7 hives. I still struggle with the climate changes. It is absolutly amazing at how diff the climate is between the two states. I hope to meet as many of you as possible and answer as many of your questions as I have questions of my own.

Kevin, welcome to our forum, so nice that you have found us. Grew up beekeeping with your Father, that is beautiful, and now you have began again, even more wonderful. You know the feeling of being a beekeeper, healthy and pure, that be our bees. Stick around, this will be a place where you can tell your tales, stories and experiences, help answer questions of others and ask questions yourself -- here also you will make some new friends, just as you aspire to, and maybe you will get a chance to meet them too. Have a wonderful and most awesome life, day and health. Cindi
