I was listening to my favorite radio talkshow, the program aired about 3 months age, a man names Sam Barns discribed the VERY SIMILAR APPEARANCES between the TALL WHITES and Barrack.

Seriously he said, when the tall whites (usually spotted in the casinos of vegas) dressed as Mid-Easterners at the tables... When the Tall Whites use TANNING BOOTHS, they don't get reddish or bronz but a much darker brown color like Obama.

Sam Barns also challenge anyone to go back four years ago and look at all the photos of him, he swears that Obama is getting BLACK INJECTION (you know next to the white injection Michael Jackson gets I guess)

Sam who has studied the Tall White for nearly 40 years explained how easily they blend in crowed places where you expect every nationality. But thinking Obama did a "Reverse Michael Jackson 180" and darken through the campain - he said first showing he is WHITE ENOUGH to please the CHILDREN of the GREATEST GENERATION, then darken up to pump up the urban vote - something Sam said he had all along anyway.

He finished in saying, since he got blacker and blacker and blacker during a campaign, it shows your willing to see things through a White mans eyes, but as you gain power and closer you get to the election, you stop takking your shots and you get real dark, enough so to pull out the Democrats on election day.  WOW, some thinking - but there is one of everything out there.

Sam concludes on the media. As soon as Liberal media crashes and burns to dust, we will see a Good Republican who doesn't have to WALK ON WATER to win the White House.

It is interesting to hear from the people on the far ends, never thinking there is middle ground, let known a opposite far side. I find myself being more Conservative then either of my parents were as they grew older. Not sure when that happened.

I live and work in a deverse community, I know people for who they are and what they do - whether retired or active duty military, I meet all kinds of people and havee equally diverse neighbors. I love it as does my wife. It isn't a rich neighborhood, as a matter of fact in the 80s during that loan and banking issue many people rented these homes to Section-8 Welfare - who didn't take care of the homes or property.

Finally as times got good through the 90s up to current, all these homes are private owned, either restored in some active project. It is a nice neighborhood only a few miles from work Smiley

I just don't want to call the man another Lincoln or FDR before he's even sworn in - lol. That is stretching it I believe.

The last thing, either party needs someone from the other party in his team of upper level personnel. This has been done successfully having a GO-BETWEEN which allows bargaining to go on smoother, and a final draft be formed and not rejected.

I think it wise if Obama keeps John McCain around so that Obama can express and answer opposition party questions. It is sick though to think how often it comes down to PARTY CONTROL or PARTY AFFILIATION or just ACROSS THE LINE VOTING.

The only people in Washington representing the people who voted for them, is the person weighing EVERY Bill on its own merit, I would even suggest remove the Party Affiliation from paperwork and see who votes what then.

Glad to see a Democrat in the whitehouse, just so STUFF WILL GET DONE without the regular BS of the House and Senate fighting the President. Better to try anything that you believe may help, then letting us slide even further in a depression.

Silly me to actually think the "good of the people" should come before the good of the party - and worse to the agenda.

We are slipping into a time of ultra liberalism, country wide, city wide protests for gay marriage have already gone on. I'm not saying we all need to live under a Bibilioctropucus who rules according to the world of his god. I'd be happy with a guy who rules with the feeling in his gut after learning all the facts from all the really in the now Cabinette members.

Guess you can tell, I'm boared and at work, just rambling on at 5:30am ThanksGiving Morning. And yet again we see an In-Coming President grabbing at members from PAST Presidencys, We saw all the character from Reagan all the way through Bush Jr. I don't mean to be mean, but by time Obama's out of the Whitehouse, most all of the Republican Machine will be rotting in the graves. The Republicans need fresh young blood, new faces, charasmatic people with good ideas. I swear there has to be a few on the landscape now, I just can't wait to see on or more finally step up to the bat!

I know a lot of people have various feelings about Obama as Commander in Chief - they go from the rediculous to the biggoted to the hateful to the sick, but that's just one side. Many people see him as the right man at the right time, a change (I hope I never hear the word "Change" in another campaign) to so many he is the great hope of a generation, I still haven't heard him say anything that see as hopeful in building a self supportive military - this school money credit has waned since people with fresh diplomas in their hand aren't finding work, as lease not a good paying job that will even cover school loans responcible who went for the SERVE YOUR COUNTRY LOAN or partial Grant.

Okay, I give up for now. Thought I'd share some off beat thoughts by a jerk I hear on the radio, and from it I try to rationize the rest of the world, the real one.

Nice to hear your thoughts John.

I too object to classifying someone as equal to Icons of the past before they've even been sworn into office.

I can understand the Lincoln refer as a candidate: A tall lanky Layer from Illinois with little legislative experience who makes a run for the white house is a valid comparison of similarity but taking it to the next level and equating the candidate with the accomplishments of a Past President is irrevocably invalid.
One of the reasons behind my Guess Who thread was to demonstrate the same comparisons between Palin and Teddy Roosevelt to show that similarity of candidacy does not equate to similarity to office once elected.  My second point was that some people who might be considered rednecks by today's standards (Palin), have in the past (Roosevelt), made major contributions to our country.
Whether you like the Lincoln/Obama or the Roosevelt/Palin similarity comparisons the purpose is to show that you can't always tell the book by the cover.  Both deserved serious consideration for their position.  The assessment of their accomplishments must await the future.

As far as Obama is concerned: He is being very impressive with his actions and choices so far, in fact it is so well choreographed that I wonder who's the Puppeteer pulling the strings and what the real result will be.

I'm thinking that Sam (whoever he is) forgot to take his medicine.

I agree Kathy, personally I have a bad feeling that I'm going to miss the fighting and divisiveness that has plagued that last oh...15 years.  That would mean that they are going to start doing something and that is going to cost a lot of money and be a BIG problem.

Sam Barnes with an "e" I think is a typical guest on late night Coast to Coast AM radio, there are many specialists on such topics from basic Conspiracy to Crytozoology (bigfoot, sasquash, Nessy, Chupracabra, etc.) and never forget the Alien Specialists, who basically say there are three ET species with about 8 totally different aircraft.

You need to remember, look at the planes and jets we have today and how different they are compared to each other. Imagine entire species, at different growth levels and the many needs they may have - basically we have Fighters, Bombers and Refuelers mostly filling the skys (militarilly speaking) but I doubt that if WE went on a intergalactical life finding mission, I doubt we'd have a fleet of fighters going deep space. But of course, after a lot of time traveling, we would design our ships to match our needs.

The Tall Whites are interesting though (so says the UFOLOGIST) they are almost transparent (like Micheal Jackson) under certain lighting, yet canblend in as human with very little makeup.

They are generally given to TWO types of ships, the GIANT TRIANGULAR black ships, some say over 1000ft in length and also the pretzel stick shaped (tubular) ships, much smaller - the large triangles have NEVER been seen during the day, although the tubular ones have beens spotted.

I would tend to think the large triangular ones are cities of aliens, like freat cruise ships, but probably more military or scientific. The smaller cigar shaped ones more escourt, shuttle or other small crew count missions.

I don't think for a minute Obama is a Tall White Alien, even if sun tanned really well. But Sam's point was, minus the physical evaluation he had to under go (as did McCain) Obama COULD pass for a tall white (no other Michael Jackson comarisons - lol)

Short and taller Grays, Tall Whites and a handful of ship designs with no count on number of aliens or ships, or the locations they hide - although most people who follow such things agree it is in the deep seas of Earth they dock for their own safety and stealthness.

I asked a question a long time ago now, WHY DO UFOs have HEADLIGHTS and other lights? I guess the only reason is that we would not see them at all at night if not lit up somehow and if we didn't see them, then when they got back to dock, they wouldn't get to see themselves on the news as some blurry little dot, out of focus and totally unrecognisable as anything.

The day will come when it is finally time to meet them, and I believe it will be on their terms - not ours. I don't think anyone who has come or is here still is a threat, we obviously lack in technology and I think any crashes or accidents (whether covered up or so long ago that no real evidense exists) but when they come out of the UFO closet, I don't think they'll be knocking on your door in suits handing out Watch Tower MAgazines.

It is JUST around the corner now 12-21-2012, is there anything to the Myan calendar, do the polar magnatism shift and everything gets effected or anniliate because of that, do we finally get world wide ET contact, does the Second Coming occur or do we all blow up each other in a battle to save Isreal from the rest of the Middle East?

I'll have my back deck up long before them, an elevated 20x24 deck facing South, and I'll be on the deck that night, beer in hand listening to news chammels and waiting for something/anything to happen. Most self proclaimed experts says Dec. 21th, 2012 will be a good day, a day of enlightenment for all of man kind - with those few words, all scenarios are possible. I just hope we are around on the 22nd to talk about it. If not, then either salvation or destruction of mankind are two really good possibilities, if not then OUR EYES WILL BE FULLY OPEN to the mysteries we all seek answers to.

You left out and semi-transparent. Luck for me the air here has 80% nitrogene, otherwise I couldn't breathe around all the oxygen found here - No wonder you are all so short, the gravatational pull here is killing my back  cool

I agree with beemaster on this.  Seems like for 8 years deregulation was the name of the game and greed took over--did anything trickle down?Huh?   I think we got tricklied on.  I vote for the individual in either party, not the party and would have voted McCain 8 years ago.  We're going to pay taxes no matter what, at least that money will stay here instead of the middle east!!!

Now, what kind of gray was that that was looking in that guy's window in Colorado?  Still have not heard anything more on that.

Of course asking about Obama's alien status follows many views on his Citizenship, from seemingly forged papers in Hawaii, to possibly not be a native citizen as many argue, I really don't care about that, he worked very hard for two years to get in the Whitehouse and he now talks of doom and gloom, taking back many of his pre-presidential expectations. I assume when he saw the real numbers of the debt issues, he crapped his space pants (I wonder if the front or the back - one never nows where aliens keep their private parts) but less I regress...

It is daunting and he reminds me of a car dealership here in New Jersey (very near Konasdad) who has a commercial saying "we'll give you TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for you car no matter what kind of shape it is in.... or make your first 2 payments for you!" we'll, that is classic Obama talk if I've ever heard it, I'm sure someone believes they will get $10K trade-in for their junkers, but of course they get the 2 "free payments" eveery time.

Obama went from CREATING 4 million jobs, to Creating or Saving 4 million jobs tohopefully we can slow the decent of the job loss within his first term - I count that as an 8 million job difference BEFORE you even add the last line of just slowing job loss.

I think he needs to stop having televised news confrences ASAP, each time he does we have a 5% drop in all the major markets, I'd hope someone tells him to stay in his office and get the job done, and stop telling us the gloom and doom of what he was left with.

Oh... and the real TALL WHITE ALIEN that proves creatures from other planets live here on Earth is another Black man known to most of us for decades and decades. I will link his photo, the prove is out there and luckily someone caught this being from another world on camera - careful, it he is cloned, we are all doomed.

http://www.freeclipartnow.com/d/34589-1/Michael-Jackson-mugshot.jpg

Yes what started out a young fat black boy morphed into a tall transparent white female alien - I thing this prove my point that when the next evolution of man occurs, we won't see it at birth, it will be at puberty - and if his ship returns and a few hundred thousand appear overnight around the world, maybe we'll all need guns to protect ourselves, I don't think THRILLER was a Music Video, it was a training film for invading Earth, and what better time than Halloween.  pop

Kathy:

As always, you cannot argue your logic. When you have a practically blank check before you, it sure makes it easy to push every thing you've ever promised anyone through using the guise of a recovery or stimulas package.

Until Obama, I always felt in my heart that Presidents were destined to be who they became, Obama though has been carved and molded to since his bebut to be someone everyone could like and behind the closed doors of politics, he has probably spent more time on his true agenda than any president before him.

what really disapoints me about Obama  is that he is who he said he was,  and as a general public we were to stupid to listen.....   He told Joe teh plumber.   He had NO EXPERINCE at all... his only carreer was running for office,   the day he was elected here in IL  he started campaining again.....   now granted as a serious republican I didn't like McCain  but Obama?  how did he beat Hillary??  at least she had some experince   crimanal or not.......

Which begs me to lose faith in americans,  especially ones who voted in the primarys

Despite hateing his views,  I can't hate Obama for being who he said he was.

good point.  i remember romping around camp pendleton one year with some girls from arkansass.  it was just before the first clinton prez.  they were frantic that he not be ellected.  they couldn't understand why the press didn't do a better job of researching how dirty  he was in his own state.

same with obama except the population was complicit.  they didn't want to know any more than the press didn't want to report.  they wanted "change" and they got it.  sometimes getting what we ask for is not the same as getting what we want.....

Is it not about what he says but the manner in which he says it. People are
ga-ga over the guy and they haven't really been listening or paying attention
to a word he says. I may be from a highly democratic state, and was not too
keen over what McCain was trumpeting, but I didn't vote for Obama. afro

i suggested when he was running that people read his speeches rather than listen to them.  there is something about his delivery (with TOTUS) that causes people to feel good without knowing or caring what he has said.  that's pretty dangerous.

McCain was a terrible pick, but the press sure loved him.

I think that was what amazed me more than anything... Both parties had 8 years (or for those who though W. couldn't make it into a second term, at least four years to develop two rival candidates of equal stature, but it just didn't happen again and  that was the biggest crime against the country from the major parties.

Is the selection soooo bad that THEY were the best choices (not to lead the country) but to win the seat? The Obamaprompter is the only thing that stops him from using the words "Ummmm" and Uhhhhh" every other word - luckily it is very portable and well placed so that he comes off sounding confident in the wors which were written by others.

I have always  believed and know it is so, that we elect speech writers in this country, not the stage preformer who delivers their speeches. The democrats were smart enough (as they always are) to recognise this and have multiple speeches ready for any day of rallying, as that when the news-services coered the rallies - they always had fresh material to air.

On the other hand, we got from the Repubs, endless speeches on Tod's remarkable snow-machine treks across the snowy wilderness, once with a broken arm, and isn't that some tough lady I chose to lead this country in the event of my own demise - we'll paraphrasing, but I think most voters worried if McCane will be around in 4 years, let known 8 years and if so, will he be worse the Ronnie in his latter days.

So the brains of the machines have surely started over, looking for the NEXT candidate for 4 or 8 years (likely 8 years) it reminds me of the Ricky Lake Show, or Jenny Jones show - once you have aimed your target audiences at minorities, it's almost imposssible to get your show cancelled, no matter how bad the ratings: why do you think Maury Povich has been on so long, that "When it comes to 14 month old Tara, you ARE the Baby Daddy!" and smut TV lives on and on.

Elections and politics aren't much different, you aim for a target audience and do what it takes to get them out to vote - truth be told, we have 3.5 years to see what Obama can do, and those who crossed platforms, choice age over valor will have enough time to see if they can justify putting their liberal ways away and look for another candidate that may finish the job that Obama has started - which I think he is giving billions away with little chance of seeing solvency in the time restraints he has given.

Last thought, the Government has a way of manipulating our thinking. A good example, they propose a program that cost 1 billion dollars, but only use $400M on that project, they tell us that the program not only came in way under expectations, but feed us a line that they made $600M in the process because it cost so little, that we now have surplus for other projects. Even tossing the words like PROFIT, and Available funding for other projects, when leaving that $600M in the bank seems to never be an option. Can't we just once call it as it is, must the government always over-estimate, causeing left over funds and then call them savings - they even phrase it to make the $400M seem as if because the savings were so high it is paid for with a huge surplus and they claim success at being geniuses in financing.

My favorite Brian, has to be when spending of a BILLION DOLLARS is allocated, but only $700,000,000 is used - then they say we saved and added $300,000,000 to the ecconomy - not even mentioning the $700M they spent. So by OVER-INFLATING everything, we seem to always be in the BLACK and Congress, down to local government pats themselves on the back for doing such a good job.

We sure don't keep books like that at home.

 May of 2010.

The man got the Peace Prize before he had a chance to use the White House toilet.
Things have gotten steadily worse for the economy, and the Euro is now about to implode.
There is concern that the "Chinese Bubble" is about to burst. And they hold a lot of world paper.
We are now so deep in debt that there is no way out. Literally. No way out. You can't cut enough, or raise taxes enough, to get out.
I hope you have a garden and the basic skills to make it through what is comming.
Once things bottom out, I'm getting a good dog and am going hunting for Democrats.

The time is coming to pay for "The Great Society". Now if we don't ever repay China, perhaps they will be broke and revert back to third world status. It would be just a bad day at the craps tables. We have their goods and their money.Maybe we should do what so many debtor nations did to the US. Just say screw them and let them write it off as a bad investment. grin

We are so tied to China now that if they go down we will end up going down like Greece.

There's one thing that I don't understand. In the GFC 1, it was the banks who were struggling with debt, now its the countries. Who does everyone owe the money to?

if sara is an alien, i'd like to go to her planet!

the banks have no money because the people have no money.  banks make (or lose) money from investment.  if there is no private wealth/business being created there is no place to invest.  there is less private wealth being created because government all over the world is growing.  government creates and earns nothing.  they take wealth.  the more they take, the less available for business and private enterprise.  government then gives money to people who create nothing and earn nothing.  while that money does recirculate, it does not grow.  the money pool remains stagnant but the needs of government grow.  pretty soon, the needs of government out pace the economy.  the people have no wealth because no jobs are created and the government takes  more.  the government has no money because they have run out of people from whom to take money.

cool huh?   evil

your country and ours have much in common as far as the attitudes of the people who demanded their freedom.  unfortunately, we both have traded our freedom for "stuff" from the government.  looks like it was not such a good trade.......

if we have the will to change, all is not lost.

if that doesn't work....maybe you'd like to share a cave?   grin

this is what many of us have believed.  look what happened when enough people started standing up.  for every loud mouth like me, there are 10 who believe the same, thought they were alone, and never spoke up.

I found this on Wiki while reading up on the dark sith.  I think it might also stand for certain politicians.

"The Sith are portrayed in various Star Wars media as individuals who use the dark side to attain power at any cost. The Star Wars  prequel films establish that they draw upon strong emotions, both negative  and positive, as the source of their power, and care only about themselves."

It may end up being the end of the Republic.  Just watch out for a guy named Palpatine.
