http://www.drudgereport.com/flashtx.htm.  We need more states to do the same thing.  I found a couple of interesting sites, one being the Tenth Amendment Center and another a blog discussing the issue.  I did hear NH didn't vote for it - too many liberals from MA have polluted the voting pool up there, unfortunately  rolleyes

a couple of other states have been talking about the same.  also about turning down the stimulus money.  i think it was the gov of NC that got hammered as a racist for wanting to turn it down.
if the states don't step up right quick, they will not have any rights left.  some are so addicted to the fed money, they would rather trade independence for bucks.  oregon is like that.  every day the news salivates over the amount of "stimulus" money they are getting.

.....The greatest changes occur in their country without their cooperation. They are not even aware of precisely what has taken place. They suspect it; they have heard of the event by chance. More than that, they are unconcerned with the fortunes of their village, the safety of their streets, the fate of their church and its vestry. They think that such things have nothing to do with them, that they belong to a powerful stranger called “the government.” They enjoy these goods as tenants, without a sense of ownership, and never give a thought to how they might be improved.....
