Pierco Green One Piece Drone Foundation in Medium?

I like the green Pierco one piece drone frame. Does it come in a medium size? Can you just cut them down to size?

Or a table saw, or if you have to, a hand saw...  Or just put an empty frame in the brood nest.  Odds are the first comb they draw will be drones.
