Ok, so some single guy with some non-fatal physical ailment, with a gun, goes to visit a doctor in the city. On the way back he shoots himself in the head.
Is that an accurate recap?
Did he have an operation or amputation in the city?
Was he physically malformed in any way?
(ok, that is 3, but I haven't asked any yet)
