have we name all the body part that is in the box?
It's not what is not in the box, but what is in the box. Thus far, an arm, from the elbow down, including fingers is in the box. And yes, you have named all the body parts in the box.

I'll hazard a guess A plane crashes and five men survive. Knowing they will starve they form a pact that they will each sacrifice an arm in order to sustain themselves. They do so, one at a time as the need for food is required. They are rescued before the fifth man has had to fulfill his obligation to the others. Over time the feelings of guilt overcome him and he does the right(?) thing. Forgive me if I'm wrong and this scenario seems overly morose, sometimes I have an overactive mind.

95% is correct, but I'll add the following instead of nitpicking over the details. They did form a pact, they did eat four arms, the pact stated that if the fifth man would not fullfill his obligation, the other four men would seek revenge. So it was not out of guilt, but by threat, that he had to fullfill the pact.

I think Greg Peck was on target by isolating what was in the box. And Jim focused in on the end, with Perry detailing the answer. It was actually answered faster than I though it would. It is one of the highest rated games in terms of difficulty.
For those coming in late and perhaps not reading all the replies....
The 5 men were in an airplane crash. They resorted to cannibalism as a way to survive. They made a death pact that whatever body part was eaten and sacrificed by one, the rest must follow. They were rescued after the fourth man lost his arm. He was fullfilling the pact and meant the others would not seek his death.

The outcome was far from what I was thinking in the beginning. It is a fun game. I spent a lot of time thinking about it driving around at work. I would like to do more if others are into it.
