Has anyone built there own? If so what glow plug did you use. I went to Napa and there are so many to choose from. I printed the pictures from
http://www.drobbins.net/bee's/oa_evaporator/
but only have a screwdriver in the last photo to estimate the size.

If I remember correctly, it is from a late 80s VW Rabbit and it was ~$20 at Napa. It has been a while since I tried to make them. I couldn't find anyone to machine the cup for me at a reasonable price, so I gave up. I can take a look at home to see if I still have it written down.
BTW.... I'm referring the the glow plug used in the JB200, not the one shown in your pictures.

Yes, it is made from aluminum. Unfortunately I lost my JB200 2 year ago. I don't know if it fell out of my truck or what, but I last used it 11/06 and haven't been able to find it since. The cup was not that big, maybe 1 x 1.75 x .5...
Your about 2 months too late in asking. I had made a complete set of .dxf files when I was trying to find someone to cnc the parts for me, but they where on an old laptop that I just recently got rid of.
