I went to a halloween party one yr as "white trash" I gathered up a bunch of paper, beer cans, ripped panty hose, bag with ketchup on it etc... and stapled it to an undergarment. You could just see a pile of trash moving here and there, someone took pics and promised to send me some but I never got 'em.
Got the idea from this hobo on Loyola University's campus that was asleep underneath a pile of newspaper.
