Oh, Jody, how beautiful of a story....25 years, that is a long time. I know, we have lived on our property for nigh 18 years now, moved here in 1990, June 30. It was a very terribly run down place, that must have once upon a time been beautiful, on the part that was cleared. But the people aged, no longer could take care of things.
I have worked my livin' butt off for all of these years, as has my Husband too. We have done land clearing, land improvement, gardens galore, pool put in, greenhouses built, massive house renovations -- and that list is 18 years worth of hard work, doing something we both love -- and it has paid off. We live in a place which I can equate only to a park in many ways, not trying to sound like bragging, not intended to be that way, but our property has become more beautiful and beautiful every year. My gardens are worth their weight in gold. With my Sister living with us, it has improved even more and more. She is identical to me....and you.....I can only begin to imagine in my wildest dreams how you have worked to improve your land, and that you clearly and properly have done, beautiful, most beautiful, and I take my hat off to you, girl. This work will keep you young in body and mind, you will age slowly. This hard work that we do, can do nothing but improve us all as a human being, you know that....I know that. Keep on keeping on girl!!! Have the most wonderful day, and enjoy the Phantom, and yep, yep, I think you are just a little more nosey than I am, hee, hee, smiling.....
