Session verification Failed

For some reason today I keep getting;
" Session verification failed, Please log out & back in again, and then try again"

Seems to appear mostly when I click on the " Mark Read " tab.
Also loseing the color showing new posts on the { I forgot what their called }  main listing like BeeKeeping, Equiptment and all the others.

What I do now ??

Try clearing your cookies.  I truncated the session table in the DB as well.  Hopefully between the 2 it will fix your problem.

I cleared my cookies, seems to be working now.
