Not to discourage this,  but I find Frappr Maps very user unfriendly.  I already see you have a bunch of what I'll call garbage point on the map.  We went thru the same issues when we allowed users to add themselves to the swarm remover map.  Many of wrong placed and/or incomplete entries which you can't easily identify without visiting each one.   We ended up going to manual adding.  I'm currently working on a automated method for the swarm map,  but it will have better admin control than the original.
