All that text is wrong.

The polar bear was just checking every night to see if the dogs were fat enough yet.

(1 Tim 4:1-4 KJV) "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:"

who knows?  during the reign of christ on earth we and the animals may not need to eat at all.  right now, we do.

Have you ever visited a vegan websight? Its downright scary, there are lots of people on there who refer to meat eaters as the enemy, no lie.

I will go as far to say that extreme veganism is a cult with very angry members, truthfully these people scare me, any extremest scare me for that matter.

we have some very nice vegetarians on here.

i really don't care what people eat, or do, or believe.  just don't try to make me believe it or try to legislate your passion.  don't teach it to my children or grandchildren....they don't even get the basics in public school.

i don't mind when people share their beliefs.  i sure share mine.  smiley  understand that there is a difference between sharing and beating someones brain to death with a thing.

consider that if you showed the same passion for teaching our children reading, writing, math, and science, as you do for tearing down god, country, and family; you would turn out children educated and secure enough, to make good decisions.

Not talking about vegetarians, VEGANS, Sharon is a nice one, Annette is a vegetarian, a nice person also. Extreme vegans on a few of the vegan websights abhor meat eating and meat eaters, a little reading of the flow of their posts and you can see they are a cult.

Extreme vegans don't eat honey, they don't want to enslave the poor bees.  Just google peta and honey.

http://www.peta.org/mc/factsheet_display.asp?ID=122

I think that pretty much excludes all of our fine members here. Smiley

Then there is the wackos that want to stick a kid in jail because he shot a pig, as disagreeable as that might have been......

We are terrible people that should be ashamed of ourselves, how dare we enslave bees and take their honey, and allow them to pollenate crops so vegans can eat poor little vegetables that are yanked out of the ground at a very young age, cut up, cooked in an oven, on a stove, put in soups, omg, the horror, the horror.

Now! Now! this is another hijacked post. Sorry I started the Hijack, didn't mean to. those were great pictures! My Mom is Vegan and she eats honey and loves the bees. She just doesn't eat meat, dairy products or eggs. Some times the extremist ruin it for everyone else and make them scared to try to understand why they choose to be vegans.  I understand why my mom is the way she is and sometimes I agree, but it is not because we don't like to see animals killed.  Rabbits in the garden are fair game along with raccoons!! evil

Rabbits are delicious, the raccoons can be a slight bit greasy for some peoples tastes.  But, for what it's worth, eating anything edible is better than starving.  I've noticed that are a lot of people who get lost in the woods and starve to death with a weeks supply of food within arms reach...they just don't think a lot of that stuff is really edible.  I would bet a true vegaterian would eat chicken or rabbits before letting themselves starve.

True vegans Sarge eat no animal products of any kind, there are different types of vegetarians however, some eat plants and eggs but no flesh foods, these people are called ovo vegetarians, some eat plants and some dairy, lacto, some eat plants and eggs and dairy, but no flesh food of any kind, these are ovo/lacto vegetarians.
