When am I supposed to remove the corrugated sheet from my screened bottom board and when am I supposed to leave it in?

You mean the mite board? I leave mine out all the time, only use when I do a sugar shake to check mites levels, when and if I get around to it.

You can also use them on a cold winter to help keep the chill out.

Many folks put them in for over-wintering, & they have to be in if you're treating with formic acid (MiteAway II)
