How to remove bees from a Hollow part of a Maple Tree???

Hello there,
Have a Maple Tree that is coming down today, and found a nest of Honey Bees.
Want to keep them, so wanted to know the best removal technique.

They are about 15 feet off the ground, and seem to be very active.
Was told the hive is about 5 years old.
Any suggestions???
I want to take the section they are living in rather than trying to bait the hive and get them to move.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Determine by drilling where the colony starts and ends, then cut above and below, and lower this section to the ground keeping this part of the tree positioned just like it is before you lower it. Then, carefully cut the tree section open and begin the transfer process. Have all your tools ready, and most importantly a bucket of water to wipe honey off.

Have you done other types of removals?
