Josh:
Good post Josh, nice replies too. I was born on 8-5-58 the time though was about 2am - ugh. You think my mom could have hung out just another 6 hours, but NOOOOOOOOO!

As far as horoscopes go, I made it a habit to wait until the NEXT DAY then read them and see if they were right - doing it the normal way can subconsciously make decisions that reflect the horoscope if you are a believer.
My general out come, I believe they are TOO GENERAL, I do believe in all the ways we determine events, like planetary alignments, both astrology and astronomical events, I don't know about biorhythms but I do know I'm a LEO, naturally bullheaded and an "A-Type" personality. My wife is my ideal mate (astrologically speaking) and we balance each other out.
Everything is a push and a pull in our Universe - always trying to level and balance itself out - these ripples of ever moving planets, solar systems, galaxies and the Universe as a whole effects everything in ways we can only hope to understand.
If the color of a room can change stress levels in people, or if particular smells can bring back suppressed memories, and if full moons can bring out the nut-job in some people, then the mind is truly a Universe of it's own.
Lastly, the other day I was at work, the janitorial people replaced the soap in our dispensers with something different - the smell triggered an immediate image of me sitting on my Dad's lap, at a very young age (like 3 or 4) sitting om my Grandmother's couch. What is weird, I really have no memories to speak of before the age of 5 and few of them through the age of 8 or 9. Our olfactory is truly an early part of the human brain and digs up stuff that no other method can. It was interesting to see a flash from a past I don't remember, but that smell of soap must have been very close to something I smelled that dug-up that memory.
