OK I will have my computer guy take a look and see what could be causing this, but seems strange it happened at work also.

Hey Annette did you ever think your boss might have a computer guy too. It could be he would rather have his employee's doing constructive work on his dime rather that having them surf the internet? Perhaps the boss had his computer guy make a few changes to his list of blocked sites rather that come right out and confront you about what you need to be doing on his time. I know when I was still working at the local school system there were very few sites that weren't blocked from student or employee access.
