I took one full deep and 4 deeps of various per centage capped...got 18.5 8 ounce jar totals...all by hand, which was a bit sticky no matter how careful I was...LOL

Way to go!!! We're still waiting for the sun to come out. Had 9 inches of rain in May so far. The girls still have their slickers and boots on. Such a sight to see. Just think, this is only your first harvest of the season, see what is in store for you as the summer goes on!!

I must have!  My parent's got the extractor for me.  Kinda suprises me since my dad hates bees and lives next door to me.  Since we first got our hives last year my dad hasn't hardly come over to visit.  But he LOOOOOOVES honey which probably the only reason they would invest in my bee hobby so kindly.

Hates Bees, Loves Honey.

Sounds like a very conflicted man.
