Is there a major difference in these frames? I think I will be using this next batch of frame orders for foundationless honey supers...

If your intention is to do foundationless and you want to do the popscicle sticks, I'd get the grooved. If you want to break out the wedge and turn it sideways and use that, I'd get the wedge. I would prefer the popscicle sticks (or paint sticks or 1/8" thick strip cut from a a one by etc.).

coroplast also fits perfectly in the grooved top bars (at least the ones I get). No issues with double stacking/gluing the sticks.
