after much preparation involving painting of equipment, taping of camera, and worse...loading ladders and junk in the cutout is canceled.  Cry  the apartment manager has been sick and never notified the tenant or remembered to call me.  fortunately, i called her as i was about to go out the door or i would have made the trip for nothing.  this post has no point except a bit of i'll go unload  angry

oh ya, the good thing is that i'll have time to check my swarms today, and maybe super some hives!
